Bass Pro Shops HPR BONE-DRY Waterproof Rain Pants for Men
Bought these for a trip to Mammoth where the weather was supposed to be 16 degrees F. Used them this past weekend and stayed absolutely dry. I bought a pair of waterproof shoes and that in combination with these pants, kept me "BONE DRY". I accidentally stepped into the lake, about knee high in water. The shoes caught the bottom half... and the pants managed to catch the top half. A bit seeped in, but my socks and thermals caught the remaining. Hence... no ice cold feet for me. --- This is one of my best purchases for fishing, to date. I also got the matching jacket... and by the way... these things keep you WARM...

Suspenders Very Short, Legs Tight
I recently bought the bone dry jacket and pants in 2XL. I like and kept the jacket. I liked the pants, but the suspenders were too short to wear comfortably. While the pants were large enough in the waist and long enough, they were very tight in the upper legs. Also the pants do not have side zippers so it is difficult to put them on over your shoes.
Be sure and try these on and sit in them to be sure they fit you right.
I think a better rain pant is the Pro-Light Gortex. They fit better all over. If you get them on sale the price is not that much more and it is Gortex.

Me and my father bought the Bone dry bibs, but only dad bought the jacket. I have fished three tournaments in them, blasting off very early in the cold. The first two times i took off in the morning i just got cold(never thinking they would leak water). so i kept them until i went and fished a huge High school fishing tournament (Kentucky state fishing tournament). It poured everyday we was there and not only was i wet, i was cold, miserable, and mad. i do not recommend these to anyone!

Good, not great
I bought these bibs last spring. Used them twice. They do a good job of keeping you warm, and dry. But the way the suspenders are made, they drove me crazy trying to keep them from falling down my arms. I returned them (thanks Bass Pro) and got the more expensive 100MPH bibs. I don't know if they will keep me any drier or warmer, but at least the suspenders are made in such a way as to stay on my shoulders where they belong.
