We believe strongly in catch-and-release fishing. That's why our Gold Series net features rubber dipped polyester, small-loop conservation netting in a shallow, flat-bottom design that keeps fish unharmed and supported safely while you remove the hook. Equipped with an anodized-aluminum handle for the perfect balance of strength and minimal weight. Net depth: 18''.  Telescoping handle: 34"-67".

Rated 5 out of 5 by great net i used this net several times. saved quite a few fish with it. the extension handle is great when you need it . great for big bass .able to remove the hooks a little faster without getting snagged like other nets.this net was well worth the money. i wish i bought it sooner.great net for the money. for catch and release it's the only way to go. i'm very satisfied. Rated 5 out of 5 by Works great First time out using the net I thought I had caught a 12 lb walleye. Turns out it was a carp!! Too bad for me, but, the net worked great. September 22, 2011
Rated 1 out of 5 by Broke at Handle Fishing in the river caught a pike 8 or so pounds when i lifted him out of the water the net broke under the locking mechinism and fell into the water only had piece of handle left over lost net upper half and the fish dont purchase if you like to catch big fish ! Rated 5 out of 5 by Good for the price This net is large enough for quite the catch. The handle is adjustable out to over 6 foot. I was pleased since other landing nets are alot more expensive. This is big and probably could have ordered the smaller of the two nets but this han the smallet loops and it doesnt get tangled and the net is replaceable because that is what will wear out not the anodized aluminum adjustable handle. you might be able to catch a few bait fish but the holes are just big enough so that most smaller shad might get through but you could probably catch larger shad

you could drill holes every 6 inches or so and get a pin with a wire that locks around for easy removal and placement. make sure to drill holes through both poles in the same spot. thats what i would do
