Bass Pro Shops Gold Series 34''- 67'' Telescoping Handle Landing Nets
Landing net works very good, hooks don't get stuck in net and adjustable handle make the net to right distance to reach the fish. I'M buy my self alot in boat, this net works.I live on Houghton Lake in MI. with a varity of different fish in lake & sizes of fish, this net workes well.

I have small, med. & large nets, I was looking for a net to handle catch & release problems with all fish up to three feet. I needed easy handling, which I got with the telescoping handle, the soft rubber coating is perfect for protecting the fish & removing hooked lures. Just what I wanted.

This net appeared to be very well made until I used it the first time it was used the lockdown on the handle broke and the handle came apart. Bas Pro shop is making it good by replacing it. If the next one holds up it is a nice net and will do the job that it is intended for.

It's Ok, Could be Better.
I got this on sale plus another discount on top of that. This net is OK, it serves my purpose for pulling in fish that I normally would have to grab by hand and yank in. The handle is good, the netting is good and the extension lengths work out good. My only issue is the 4 screws on the top of the handle right by the net. They were coming loose so I tightened them up; they ended up stripping out. Not because of me cranking them to death, but by poor design. I added some loctite blue 242 and it helped a bit. I need to add larger screws to fill the pilot holes. Instead of using 4 metal screws here, why not 4 nuts and bolts? This would be a much better design. Seems a lot of other reviews have stated some kind of issue with the screws. I'll give this 3 stars due to the screws. I wouldn't recommend it as a gift because you'll have to rig it down the road. BUT, all in all it's an OK net for your basic Heinz 57 fishing if you don't mind working on it down the road. If I was tourney fishing for a living this net would not do. YMMV, best of luck!
