Rated 1 out of 5 by Don't waste your time Cheap made. Prongs broke off on two of the spears! July 13, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best fish spear These spears work great!!! I have already used them to take a lot of carp. June 8, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by 4 prong frog gig Ordered 3 of these (4 prong frog gigs) 2 of the 3 broke in the first night. The heads are SMALL and the mounting location is too small to fit a broom handle in so you have to widen them, causing the prongs to get loose and break. Not happy at all! May 21, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by best purchase all of three, and four prong frog spears are not worth anything they break and are not durable the barbs are to small and will not hold big bull frogs on they are not worth the time to buy and mount on a good shaft. I use the five prong fish spear for all of my frog gigging needs as they are strong and durable. i have used one end for two years and gig every weekend during the summer they will hold the biggest bull frogs you can manage to stab the barbs are very big and there is no way a frog will get off the tips maintain their sharpness and will hold up to frog gigging abuse. they are very well worth the money but once again dont waste your time with the frog spear the fish spear is the way to go for frog gigging April 13, 2012
