Overall I am very happy with this rod holder. Some of my larger reels don't fit in the slot so well but it still works. Good buy for the money!

I purchased a four rod rack and a three rod rack to be installed in my boat. The first time I used them I had both racks full. When my boat reached approximately 30+ mph the screws in the four rack pulled through the plastic allowing the holder to fly. Luckily the weight of the rods kept it all in the boat. It is my opinion the plastic under the attaching screws is not strong enough to support the resistance of four rods at higher speeds.

The slots are too narrow to allow the reels to seat properly.
I will modify them to make them work to my specs but maybe you should have your side check to make sure the quality control is in place.
