The first time I used this chair, it worked fine. On a recent Pronghorn hunt it collapsed while I was sitting on it. I put it back together, but it soon collapsed again. The front of the chair is held together with a bolt screwed into a plastic nut. The nut stripped out.

bought three, going to try and return 3, 2 broke, not using 3rd, don't think there are even good for kids because they want to lean back in them and that's the week spot in my opinion. I slammed to the ground in 2 of them. not made well. get what you pay for

I purchased two of these recently for a two night camping trip. I bought them because they were more packable than the other fold-up chairs that I own. The design is good and the chairs are comfortable but both of them broke on the very first trip. The plastic piece in the front just snapped in two on both chairs. The chairs were shared by guys ranging in weight from 160 - 215 lbs. No one over the max weight limit of 225 lbs. I would not buy these chairs unless you weigh less than 150 lbs. and you can make sure that no one that does will ever use these.
