Simple and Helpful
I'm a big fan of fishing worms/lizards/creatures on a hook with a bullet weight...it gets me fish, its simple and I can use it with a huge variety of soft baits in a lot of different situations.
I found that adding a glass bead makes it a bit better. Why? Well the bead adds obvious flash. It glints and reflects light (thats why I prefer faceted) which catches the eyes of hungry fish. Also every time I jerk the bait or sweep the tip up to make my bait fall back down the bullet weight hits the bead and makes a click. This helps draw in fish to investigate, especially since I fish mostly stained waters and the fish dont visual feed as well.
A bonus is that I've noticed my knots dont get worn out as much with the bead protecting the knot from the tough lead/tungsten weight crashing on it repeatedly. Get it, it helps!
I wish they had more colors for the beads, a light green and a dark blue would be great to match with my watermelon and junebug baits, i tend to use those colors most.

Sometimes old school is best. Put a red bead between a bullet weight and your hook. It adds a little flash as well as a clicking sound. Has improved my bite numbers by 50%

I use these beads for Carolina rigs, I find they work well providing a bit of sparkle to grab the bass attention.
