I purchased the pink one for my wife, who is just starting out in fishing. She enjoyed the versatility of the 360 organizers and can organize her tackle in a way that makes sense.
Likewise, the the backpack feature is great when trekking kids and gear to the water--keepng hands free is a must. Similarly, the takcle box can hold more than just the 360 organizers. My wife only uses the bottom portion for tackle and the top for day trip gear such as hand wipes, games for the kids, etc. When not taking kids, she typically only brings the bottom tackle portion.
We are both happy with this purchase. I am considering using one for hike-in fishing instead of my larger bulkier box, as well.

Purchased this soft tacklebox, to free up my hands walking to the fishing hole. It works great, well made , just the right room for fishing gear and lunch items.

I love the duel section, the rod holder comes in handy, and it holds everything I need for my fishing adventures. I do a lot of hiking to fishing location and this is awesome.

That's a question I cannot answer. I purchased my pack right off the shelf at BPS in Pearl MS I have no Idea how it would be packaged from a BPS distribution center Send BPS an e-mail they are very prompt to answer a question like this one. Good luck amigo!Details:Â
iv owned similar bags and the zippers do not last then ur stuck with two seperate bags to carry aroundAnswers
A:Â
Yes, very strong and will last as long as you have the bag.A:Â
have had this bag for over 5 yrs, no issues and i put abuse to this bagA:Â
from what I can tell they are very durable. of course, mine isn't bursting at the seams with gear (yet) so it hasn't been put to a really good test for me. but they do appear to be very well made.A:Â
I have had the bag almost a year now with no issues. I have taken the top and bottom apart probably five times since purchasing and no issues with any of the zippers.Top 250 Contributor
A:Â
I have had great luck with the zippers on my pack and I have used it hard for a year now. The zippers seem to be of a high quality and will likely last a good while. I like the pack so much I may just buy another before they vanish.A:Â
zippers are pretty durable and thick zippers. i've had the bag for months now and haven't had a single problemA:Â
the zippers are very durable but the bag is floppy and has no structure, go with the stalker xps which doesn't have that issue, but on a budget or if your in a pinch and dont mind the lack of rigidity its a good productTop 1000 Contributor
A:Â
The zipper for the main compartment is large, and durable. The other zippers are a size or two smaller, but still pretty durable. I've used the backpack for a few months now, and haven't had any problems with the zippers.A:Â
They did not skimp on the zippers...time will tell, but they all appear to be strong & solid!Answers
A:Â
I know the bottom is but it should be able to take for example a bottle of water poured on it.A:Â
I would say water resistant. If you're out in a heavy rain for a while stuff inside is likely to get a little wet.A:Â
NoTop 1000 Contributor
A:Â
The backpack isn't waterproof, but the material will repel most water. If it's raining a little outside, you'll be fine. If you go for a swim, expect wet contents.A:Â
yes but i waterproofed it my self any wayTop 500 Contributor
A:Â
no, but water resistantA:Â
This pack is not waterproof. If you have a gear proofing spray, that may work, just be sure to test a small inconspicuous area before spraying the whole pack as the spray may have discoloring effects, dependent on the brand and style.Answers
A:Â
no that's one of the things i do not like about the bag.only the bottom is waterproof.
A:Â
the bottoms completely waterproof ie the part that sits on the ground, the rest is what I would call water resistant at best, i bring 30gal trashbags with me and store them inbetween the two bags (ie top and bottom sections) and whenever it starts raining (I do live in orlando after all) i bag the backpack till the rain stops and if i need to carry it ill poke holes in my garbage bag to put my straps throughTop 1000 Contributor
A:Â
No. It will resist some water, but it's not water proof.A:Â
no not at all it will resist alot but if u leave it in the rain it will get wetTop 50 Contributor
A:Â
No. Only the bottom. The top is canvas and will absorb water like any other type of cloth. The bottom can be touching water though.Details:Â

Is there hard padding on the bottom or on the back at all, will it stand by its self on the shore???
Answers
A:Â
has a hard vinyl bottom, and will stand if you have full boxes in the bottom section for weight/counterbalanceA:Â
It is not a hard padding but the boxes make it that way. The bottum fits 4 boxes so if you are thinking of using it like a chair it can work. I used to sit on the older model I owned when I got tired, I kept soft plastics and worm bags in the upper section and I bring so much stuff it actually makes it comfortable.Top 1000 Contributor
A:Â
The bottom of the backpack is rubber. It will stand by itself with 4 360 boxes in it. Not without though.A:Â
not hard enough to stand empty with the boxs in it it willA:Â
Padding on bottom and back (thin, but there). With the bottom of the bag filled with 360 boxes it will stand up on its own.A:Â
It does and really pretty stableA:Â
It will standA:Â
Its a thin rubber bottom. If the pack is full of trays, it will stand by itself. If the pack.is empty, it will fall over. Hope this is helpful.Top 250 Contributor
A:Â
There is no hard padding on the bottom but, the 360 boxes make the bottom of the pack rigid enough to support it's self. I will caution you that if the pack needs to stand on it's own you must load it bottom heavy.Answers
A:Â
They are each about 1to 1 and a half feet tall and 1 to 1 and a half foot wide.A:Â
