100% rain proof with plenty of storage space for tackle boxes, clothing etc. Have shopped around and purchased simailr bags however, none have withheld to the elements of time and daily abuse like this one has. Will not find a comparable bag for the same price

The bag is more like 23x11x11. I wanted to put the plano 3700 boxes on their side (they are 14'' long so should have worked), as the stated dimensions are 23x11x15, but wasn't close. The bag is a nice bag. The incorrect dimensions were disappointing.

This bag is so cool. I can fill it with some 3700 boxes and a spinnerbait box,and still have room for my raincoat. The inside side pockets are ideal for extra bags of plastics or smaller storage boxes for my terminal tackle. The zippered storage in the top holds my maps and sunscreen. It can also double as carryall for my winter coat and carharts or a extra set of clothing for winter fishing trips. This bag has many uses for the outdoors.

within the bag on each side there are "pouches;" they do not have a zipper to be able to close and secure containts. the pockets are sizable for spools of line, small tools, keys etc. However, there is a mesh zipper enclosed pocket within that runs the length and width of top of the bag.
