I was looking for a light, sturdy, reliable paddle that could be used gliding through the Boundary Waters, pushing my way through cattails or breaking ice to put a decoy spread out. I think I found it, although I have only used the paddles in the Boundary Waters so far, they feel like they will work for everything I need. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others or buy them again.

The paddle is a 2-piece construction. No telescoping...which is not needed anyway. Push button design for ease of dis-assembly.A:Â
Economy T-Grip paddles are one-piece, and do not telescope or break down. ThanksAnswers

i guess you could but y would u want toA:Â
You could use it for Kayaks, but it's not as practical as a 2 sided paddle. It makes a great back up paddle if you want to store it inside your Kayak when you go out.A:Â
In a pinch, maybe. But a traditional double-bladed kayak paddle is the way to go if at all possible.1 of 1
