Bass Pro Shops® Double-Dipped Tubes
The Bass Pro Shops® Double-Dipped Tube has more action in the tail than an injected skirt and has a thicker wall in the head portion, creating a slower fall rate and more durability than an injected tube. Infused with salt and 8up scent.

No better tube for the price. Great for BASS or Wallies! Very durable and each bait will catch many fish

These are good tubes, loaded with salt, durable and come in some great colors. I use tube jig heads with these. Texas rigging with them does not work particularly well, I would go for the basspro flipping tube in that case. Great for smallmouth and largemouth... Green pumpkin!

Found theses to be durable as well as reliable for most bass fishing types including pads and weeds . By the way I cut the cost of weights by stuffing a small pebble in before placing the hook.

On the recommendation of a club member, I decided to give these tubes a try and was pleasantly surprised with the way they performed. My only issue was that I had to precut an opening for the jig head so that I could penetrate the tubes. Considering that is something that could be done in advance, I would suggest that you give these tubes a try for performance as well as value. Worth the time and money.

How do you rig them?Answers
A:Â
Personally I rig them on a 1/4 ounce dart head with a 4/0 SHARP hook. Since the walls of this tube are thicker than most, I recommend you use a small sharp tube to precut an opening for the eye of the dart head to penetrate the tube.A:Â
I huse a 2/0 matsui darter head inserted into the tube, Any 2/0, 3/0 tube bait jig head would work. I just really like the Matsui hook.A:Â
A #1- #3 offset or wide gap hooks will work on these lures.A:Â
#1-#3 offset or wide gap hook works best for me. I rig them texas style with a colored bead between the hook and weight so the weight does not bang on my knot plus it acts as a rattle when the weight hits it, I seem to get more bites that way.1 of 1
