I have 5 dock lines on My 22 ft offshore boat . They have been in use for 6 years now with no problems beyond a little stiffening but thats going to happen when exposed to salt and sunlight . I also use this line on my fenders but in a smaller diameter .

These dock ropes are great and easy to use. They are very durable.

The dock line looks good, hooks don't get snagged in it very easily, and it appears to take a beating well. However it is a little stiff and you have to work at getting it through a cleat.
