Rated 5 out of 5 by One of my good purchases. Very happy, it's long enuff to reach over limbs and stumps to get those hard to reach spots, got a good 4lb cat and it held. But we know its made for pan fish. Crappiesssssssss! July 19, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by great deal I bought the 9 footer before going on a crappie fishing trip last month. The weather was bad but I caught significantly more fish than the rest of my group and 85% were caught on this rod. Very sensitive in seeing bites. Never had a problem with the pole or reel. The negative comments about the reels are from non fisherman. Its obvious that it is not a casting reel from the moment you pick it up. But I had great luck using it for drifting. Last weekend I caught a 4lb catfish on it as well. It would be a 5 star but I dont like the drag setup on it. April 12, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good buy. I got the 12ft one, like the length though, I would like a little more back bone on it even though it is light action. Haven't try it out yet. But it looks like I'll have an advantage over my brothers when fishing. :) April 10, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by the best heaver combo for the money i know people always think that you need those 300 hundred to 400 heavers for saltwater but i bought this crappie pole and it is the best buy for the bargain and i have taken the reel apart and changed a few things and it is now castable i have caught many sharks and stingrays on this and it will hold up if careful i have 20 pound power pro on it and it holds up nicely i use 6 ounce weights and i always go surf fishing and go fishing off piers and catch BIG STUFF MAIGH!!!! im telling all of you saltwater and freshwater anglers buy this product and take it apart and go mess with the gears and put a cast control on it and it will cast NNIICCEE!!! i have the twelve footer too and it is so nice!!!! and you know what they say ITLL WORK MAIGH!!!!!!!!1 July 24, 2012
