Rated 5 out of 5 Crappie Maxx is awesome
This reel is lightweight, easy to use and I would recommend that anyone looking for a reel for your crappie pole, try the Crappie Maxx spinning reel. I also have two Cat Maxx reels for catfishing and I love them all. And if the need arises, I will buy them again!

It is likely that the spools are the same except that the depth of each is different. The 4# test would have a shallower well than the 6#. I inquired to see if they sell spare spools, and they don't. Bummer, cuz I would get a spool for the other size line.A:
There is a difference in spool capacity, which is the reason i went with the 1000.Answers
