my husband had a hip replacement 9 months ago. he used this seat on a canoe trip. he found the seat too narrow-he is medium build. the back rest has multiple settings but would never stay locked in any position. the seat also did not strap onto the canoe very well. he was very disappointed.

great for back pain
got this for my husband when for a canoe trip. he has back problems and I thought this would help. the arms are low enough that they don't get in the way of paddling and the recline positions helped him alot!!! the only thing that i didn't really like was how expensive it was, but it worked to relieve his back pressure so i guess it was worth it.

I bought 2 of these to take to the Indy 500 this year and they worked great... They were very comfortable for the entire 6hours we were there and did not seem too distrubing to the fans sitting behind us. The carrying straps were great and the chair was comfortable to carry, not too heavy or bulky

Nice chair bad fit.
This product will not fit a Pelican Navigator Canoe. The seats in the caone are too thick for the straps to latch and the back seat is too narrow.

This is designed to fit a variety of canoe seats. The single side straps extend out 11” and the ‘V’ shaped strap side extends out 7”, which they wrap around/under the canoe seat and are held with the strong side-release buckle. Then adjust the webbing length and put tension on the buckle to keep the seat tight. Thanks
