last weekend i caught my personal best bass, she was a big spawning female that weighed in at 7lbs 4oz and the next day a 5 lb bass, a 4lb bass, a 2lb bass, and a 1lb bass, rigged up with a 4/0 flippin hook by trokar(the best hook ever, worth the price)and a 1oz flippin weight all on 50lb braid fishing the heavy slop. all of these fish were caught on the black and blue flex color. i could not recomend the bull hog any more. it is a amazing bait all around

I've only used this 2-3 times (black and blue flex) and fished the pre-spawn in Louisiana, in early February when the water is around 50 degrees. I was EXTREMELY impressed! The bass loved them! It was slow fishing since it was cold, and the fish were in the pre-spawn, and kind of picky, but when they hit this bait, it was lights out. They slammed it!! A great buy and I will definitely be buying more.
