Great for keeping essential tackle and gear handy, the Bass Pro Shops Fishing Bucket Caddy features several quick-access, deep storage pockets ideal for lures, gloves and tools. Designed with an adjustable strap to ensure the Bucket Caddy fits tightly on a standard 5 gallon bucket, the Bucket Caddy even includes a beverage holder to keep a soda or water bottle close by. Imported.
Not Bad But Needs Improvements
Overall, the Bucket Caddy is a fairly nice product. There are a couple design flaws, however. For one, the elastic band around the top isn't strong enough to hold the Caddy on the bucket if you put any type of weight in the caddy, such as your tip ups or poles. I recommend removing the elastic and using a strong nylon rope or tighening strap. Second, the velcro loops above the pockets are off-set from the pocket thus if you are using this to hold your ice rods, the velcro can't be used. Just a poor design, that's all. Other than that, it has a good price and once I fastened it with a nylon strap, it works well.

bucket buddy slipping?
I solved the problem of the buddy bucket slipping down the bucket. Put the apron where you want on the bucket and secure it with tiny nuts and bolts. Below the elastic strap, drill thru the top of the material and thru the top of the bucket. Than fasten small bolts, (1/8" x 1/2") with small washer, backed up by a lock washer and nut. I used seven around the top and two on the bottom corners. I waterproofed the bottom corners holes in case I wanted to put minnows in the bucket. Works great!

5 stars with modification
Works great for making space in your bucket for all the fish you are going to catch. Holds 3 poles and 2 tip-ups. It has 2 big pockets, one has a zipper the other is open, then a little pocket big enough for a gps/phone.
I have wooden tip ups and these are too heavy and the whole thing slips off. It did hold up the plastic tip-ups.
It was an easy fix. I replaced the elastic strap with a normal black strap (shoulder strap form a duffel bag). I also poked holes through the material to put the bucket handle through. Now it fits snug and won't slide down no matter what the weight.
The price is cheap enough that it is well worth getting even though I had to modify it.

this thing works really nice to store all your stuff. Only draw back is it slides down the bucket becuse the elastic doesn't get tight enough. I cut a tiny hole on each side and took my handle off the bucket, then put the bucket threw the fabric. works excellent now..good buy

There are 3 narrow pockets, 2 medium size pockets, and one wide. I store 2 rod/reel type in each of the narrow pockets, 2 spool type in each of the medium packets, and 3 of the spool type in the large pocket. There is also plenty of extra room for waxie holders and a small tackle holder.
