Use Glue & Stainless Steel Staples. Both can be found a local home improvement center. Make sure the glue can be used for "Marine" applications.

Staples or glue would work. Here is a video found online that shows you how to staple carpet to a bunk board: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w4vYikmDbtY. This of course is not our brand but will show you how to attach. Thanks
