Just like other members of our Z9R family, the slow-sinking Billed Mini-Z9R produces a wild, unstoppable action that brings bass charging. The Z9R's diving lip creates a distinct wobble, which only accentuates the swimming action of the multi-jointed tail section. The bristle fins offer a one-of-a-kind texture. Swing for the fences!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Daaaaamn! First cast with this lure (Shad Color) nailed a 5lb. White Bass. Third cast nailed another just under 5lbs. Buy this lure and shoot for the shore, stumps or any other kind of cover to make a quiet landing and plan on pulling in some fish. This lure and the larger size just plain work. April 25, 2011
Rated 4 out of 5 by Realistic action This swimbait looks exactly like a real fish swimming. Great action. I have only used it once and not caught a fish but it is only a matter of time. April 24, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by wow!! unline the usual z9r's the bill on this makes it swim instead of making you give it the action. its just amazing. ive caught a 6lb fish on it and i live in new york. thats huge for up here!! March 22, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome Recently I purchased 2 of the mini Z9R billed swim baits, I bought the Rainbow Trout and the Baby Bass colors. I was very pleased with the performance of these lures, excellent motion through the water, exceptional casting distance and the smallmouth bass hit them like a ton of bricks, amazing lure and i would highly reccommend it to anyone who wants to catch a bunch of fish! I will definitly be buying more of these September 13, 2010

If reeled in fast, 1-2ft. If reeled in slow, mine has sunk to 5ft and lower.

A:
Maybe 4 feet on 8 lb mono. The angle of the lip is not designed for depth.

A:
I found it to touch bottom at around 8-10 feet. It also tends to sink pretty good for a light lure.
