Here's a battery tray that fits into limited space and is simple to install. Polypropylene hold-down strap has a positive locking, quick-disconnect buckle matched with a molded base that makes battery changes quick and easy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by perfect boat battery holder the perfect battery holder for tight spots.holds my two opptima batteries great, and easy to install took about 10 min. couldn't find them at any autoparts stores i tried. May 20, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by best buy for the money Very nice heavy duty construction and easy to install. March 11, 2011
Rated 2 out of 5 by bad buckle The tray itself is good but the plastic buckle broke on the first trip. BPS needs to go to a quality velcro strap or another style without the cheap plastic buckle! October 17, 2010
Rated 3 out of 5 by It does the job. For a cheap tray holder it does the job pretty good. I only give it 3 stars because it has high sides and if you have to try to pull your baterry out for any reason the sides on the tray is to high and the top of the battery will hit the boat depending on where the batterys are mounted. I shaved down the front of the tray incase I ever had to get to the batterys out on the lake so I wouldnt have to unscrew it from the boat and pull both batterys out, besides that its a good product for the price. The Battery Tray fits into a limited space and is simple to install where you need to place the tray. There should be no reason for this tray to damage the bottom of your boat. Thanks

Yes, the battery tray may be installed as space allows. You will need to bolt the tray to the deck/bottom with the screws provided.
