This is a great bargain. It has all the feature you need as it is both automatically and manually inflatable. Comfortable to wear all day and I found no restrictions to my movements. It's cooler to wear in hot weather than the standard lifevest.

I wanted an auto inflate for some time but waited due to the prices. I purchased two of these on sale this week. They both assemble easily, manual inflate works well, and they fit really well while bass fishing. $79.97 is a really good price.

I remember reading in the owners manual that the inflation will work in temperatures below "I think" 40 degrees but the time it takes to inflate will be slower. If my memory is correct above 40 degrees it takes about 3-5 seconds and below 40 degrees 7-10 seconds to inflate. Personally I am not out in temperatures below freezing and would opt for an conventional PFD in temps below freezing...above 40 and your good to go.A:Â
yes 40 deg f or above for full inflation manual says oral inflate partway if under 40 and do not use when freezing(due to co2 expansion )

I wouldn't think so. Unless you're in sub zero weather all the time, which means you'll probably want a Type I vest anyway.Details:Â

Yes, the vest is adjustable for almost any size.A:Â

they all run the risk of accidental inflation, but they are pretty good...as long as the sensor stays dry.
