Bass grab hold and won't let go! Bass Pro Shops® has added something special to its worm selection: Bass Pro Shops 8Up™ Scent Attractant. Based on natural baitfish flavors, it doesn't affect the color or the soft texture of the plastic. But now, when you add 8Up Scent, your worms taste right to the fish—which means more strikes, longer hold times, increased hook-up percentages, and more fish in the boat for you on every trip. Our pro angler teams tested this new scent for two solid years before we released it. And the results are conclusive. Bass absolutely LOVE it!

  • Natural baitfish flavors
  • Long-lasting

Potent stuff! Good lord this is some stinky stuff. With that being said, when I take a good whif of it, I am INSTANTLY on the boat pulling bass out of the water in my mind. It has that serious gamefish smell to it. Some of my worms, such as the roboworms, have been transferred to zip lock bags and have been sprayed very liberally with this stuff. Very oily. It seems to make fish lean on lures much longer, most notably zoom lures which are woefully plasticy smelling. I gave it 4 instead of 5 because unfortunately, it does seem to wear a little thin in the bags, but because of the fact that you get 8oz for a few dollars cheaper than the designer attractants, it definately makes up for it. Great All Around Fishing Attractant I have been using Bass Pro Shops' 8Up Scent Attractant since it was initially released and I have to say that it is definitely one of the best fishing scents currently offered on the market. This product is in a spray bottle that is easy to carry around and simple to reapply. There are several aspects of the 8Up scent that I believe set it apart from other fishing attractants. One major aspect is the affordability of the product. The price per quantity makes this scent perfect for any angler to purchase without "breaking the bank." I also like the fact that this liquid scent is less viscous, which makes it easy to spray on any desired bait without making a huge mess. Lastly, this fishing attractant actually works! I cannot count the number of times I have been having no luck, only to spray some 8Up Scent on my baits and proceed to catch fish. I have also noticed that fish, more specifically Largemouth Bass, have definitely held on to lures with 8Up Scent on them longer than those without. If you are looking to add another scent to your fishing gear arsenal or to just flat out catch more fish I would highly recommend Bass Pro Shops' 8Up Scent Attractant. December 23, 2014
Don't bother purchasing This stuff stinks which isn't a problem, if it actually helped catch fish. I could tell no difference in when I was fishing an unscented Zoom versus one I had sprayed with this scent. Worse than that, the residue it left on my boat,is impossible to get off. In fact, there is still a film where the overspray got. I would not recommend this product to anyone. January 24, 2013
Great product! This stuff really works! Bass love it! First time I used it i caught 3 Bass right away. Its really good stuff, smells terrible, but really attracts bass. I would make sure to apply it liberally. Great product, Great price. February 12, 2013

Yes i have had good luck with it in the intercoastal areas. The garlic smell really attracts all kinds of fish. Not sure about the eels but it works well in brackish water in my experience. Its a great product.
