The cutting feature is too small and the beveled angles makes it use very limited.
The spring fell out the very first time I opened the pliers widely.

I was ordering a Bimini Top for my boat when the sales person asked if I would like to purchase the 8" carbon steel pliers. I needed a new pair of pliers to put in my boat but I had not planned on purchasing them anytime soon. I checked the description of the pliers and decided that this was just what I was looking for and I placed the order along with my order for the Bimini Top. The pliers came right away and I went fishing a day later and I used them in setting up my fishing lines. They worked great and I would reccomend them to anyone and the price was good also.
