We picked this knife up from an open bin at the Pro Shop thinking it would not be a great knife due to it's $2.97 price however it is an awesome knife. It is my prefered knife for all I do in my kitchen. It not only fillets well but cuts vegetables and meats with ease.

I have a drawer full of very sharp high quality cutlery so my wife wasn't happy at first when I brought this home. Now that she has used it her tune has changed and she sings it's praise with every fish. My wife is from the Philippines and as such she really enjoys her fish and is really tight with the budget, this knife passed both test.
