Bass Pro Shops 50-Piece Ball Bearing Swivel Assortment
I needed some ball bearing snap swivels and figured why not try out the assortment box? i usually prefer little dainty size 0 to minimize the size, but when in a pinch, grabbed bigger sizes which help add weight for casting distance, and possibly due to lower bearing friction, reduce line twist. so this box offers a wide range for every application, from casting dainty panther martins for trout to trolling heavy lead for walleye or salmon etc. nice that it comes with chrome and black. i was somewhat disappointed that not all the swivels came with snaps. i actually prefer using snap swivels. but really, it's a non issue for tying up rigs with leaders since i never use the snap portion anyways. not much to report, swivels are smooth and work well, and the snaps are a little fussy to unsnap/snap but i think that comes with the territory, with the wire having the anti pull out bend. old style brass snap swivels were much easier to use with their straight wire and assymetric loop. but they werent very good at reducing line twist. ball bearing swivels make a huge difference, and make for a pleasant day of fishing vs. one cutting off twisted spools of line.

I have had the opportunity to use this product since I purchased it. The craftsmanship is great and they stand up to the pressures of everyday fishing. All of the swivels are consistent and uniform, you don't have to search for the "right one" when it is time to change. Great product nad quality.

Great combination of swivels for the price. Anytime you can purchace ball bearing swivel in bulk instead of buying them individually you can bet your going to save money. If you are going to use spinning baits then ball bearing swivel are the way to go.
Although if your going to bottom fish barrel swivel will work just fine without the price of using ball bearing swivels. It just depends on the type of fishing I'm doing that day so I keep both on hand.
