Bass Pro Shops Soft Side Cooler
needs a bag liner
first of all the cooler has many uses. It does collapes and good for road trips but storing beverages in it is a no. it good if you wanna keep extra drinks in it not on ice but but if you put ice in it the cooler sweats a lot. It does not leak. The material on the inside is waterproof but the condensation will seap through and onto whatever the cooler is on. The dark color of the inside also makes the mildew highly visible. I use this cooler for fish storage when im leaving the hole. It will keep its contents cold. Becareful not to tear the inside or the cooler will definitely not hold water or ice or anything for that matter.

Can't Beat the Price
I've had my Bass Pro Shops 48 Can Soft Side Cooler through some rough canoeing/camping trips, and this cooler has been dependable on all of them. It's compact for easy storage and actually works better storing dry food sealed in containers than it does cold items. However, I recommend if you're using it to store cold items, leave the bags of ice intact; this way your ice doesn't melt too fast, which saves your cooler from sweating and leaving a wet mess everywhere it lays. On the plus side, the shoulder strap is a nice feature, and the mesh pocket is great for placing items such as binoculars or waterproof cameras. Not a bad cooler for the price, and not too bad for camping or canoeing.

Nice But Not Sturdy. Only Good for 1 or 2 Seasons!
I purchased several of these for our two sons and my husband three years ago and we enjoyed using it for so many things. But, soon it began to leak. And it does not keep drinks cold enough. We began just using it to hold ice when we had a crowd but we had to throw it away this year. The material is not as sturdy as I had hopted it would be for nylon. But, considering the low price, I think it was worth it. I am now looking for a more sturdy one that will keep things cold longer. If anyone has any recommendations, please let me know. I like the size of this cooler. The others in this price range do not hold enough. I need one that will hold at least one bag of ice and a few drinks.

I took this cooler with me fishing, we caught some nice trout so we put them in the cooler, we got to the dock, bought a bag of ice to keep the fish cold, we drove back home a good 40 minute drive, when we started unpacking we notice the cooler was wet on all sides including the bottom, we opened the cooler up and almost all the ice had already melted and the water was seeping through the materials, needless to say since it was water mixed with dead fish the odor that it left in my car was horrible. Never again will I buy this type of cooler
