These things are nice and tight and have no trouble cutting 65# PowerPro. Turn around and it works great on 4# fluorocarbon. The compact size fits neatly just about anywhere. I'm getting more to go in my main tackle box, panfish tackle box and truck tackle box.

I love these scissors with the exception of the size of the holes in the handles.Seems pretty small to me.

These are the best scissors for fishing. They are very tight which is a must when cutting braid. I have had no trouble cutting braid to the heaviest I use which is 50lbs. As a bonus they are extremely cheap.

These are the best scissors that I have ever used for braided line . Just about anything will cut Mono or Flourocarbon but braid is different altogether .
