I bought these scissors because the scissors I bought previous only had a suration on a small portion on one side of the scissors. This made it difficult to cut braid line in that specific area.
The BPS scissors provides the suration on both sides of the scissor blades that run the entire length. With the BPS scissors you only have to open the scissor, insert the braid line and close. A clean cut every time.......A much better design.

Love these little guys. By far the best braid cutters I've found. Would be nice if the finger holes were a little bigger, but that's just because I have big hands.

I used to use side cutters for braided line and it would take several tries and shreaded the end. These scissors cut first time and with ease.

These scissors work great. I use them for cutting cutting mono only because that is the only type of line I use. I got them in a packaged deal with pliers and a holster. The Scissors fit well in the holster and stay secure.
