i got this kit for my friend chris for christmas and it has just about every thing you need to bass fish.chris stopped in ohio and picked up the 120 piece flippen kit for me excellent kit also.this week he again stopping and picking up basspros senko kit andthere large curly tail grub kit . cant wait to try these baits in spring in upstate ny.you cant go wrong on these kits

i use 3,4,5 wide gap worm hooks that are non weighted ,because where i fish is alot of shallow lakes and ponds,but if deeper ill use weigted hooks.i mainly like eagle claw and gamagatsue hooksA:

Hook sizes vary per size of the bait, like the smaller baits in this kit would work with a 2/0 wide gap hook, and the bigger baits would work with a 3/0 wide gap hook. Rigging up the baits is per preference and you can rig them up weightless, wacky, texas rig, and carolina rig.A:

A great tip would be to go on You Tube and search how to rig worms, craws, senkos and tubes for bass.There are quite a few different techniques you can practice rigging at home before you head out.
You'll see how nice and easy it is to use the plastics in this kit.
As for hooks, get yourself an assortment of bass jigs along with some off-set hooks in sizes 4/0, 5/0 and some weights for drop shotting.

No jigs are included.You'll want to use an assortment of different bass jigs for these.
Search Bass Pro's site and pick up their bass jig assortment, both plain jigs and dressed. You'll also be using plain wide gap hooks with some of the plastics included.
Pick up a few assortments of each and you'll be prepared for all types of fishing.
