This high performance camp stove features a Piezo electronic ignition for match-free lighting and a high pressure regulator for consistent performance at any altitude. Durable oversized steel frame features a stainless steel top and wind screens for optimal heating. The heavy-duty cooking grate is built to handle heavy pots, while the stainless steel drip pan makes cleanup after cooking easy. Burners feature individual control valves for maximum heat regulation and built-in wind screens for maximum heating. Uses any 16.4-oz. disposable propane cylinder (not included). Rated 5 out of 5 by Solid Stove I`ve used many camp stoves over the years,from those you can`t turn down low enough to those that turned the bottom of the pot black.This is a great stove. I believe the eyes are big enough to fry a turkey if you wanted to, but with some careful adjustment and a little getting used to you can gently fry up some scrambled eggs in a small frying pan. This stove has a sturdy build,easy cleanup,and the top and wind shields lay down so that you can use very large pots if you like. Great stove. March 6, 2011

The standard connection hose for using larger propane tanks with an appliance fits this stove. We do have one and it works well.

Yes. Buy an propane extenstion hose for a 5-gallon tank. They come in different lenghts. Make sure it fits the intake valve on your stove.

No change is required. All that is needed is a Coleman® 5' High-Pressure Propane Hose and Adapter (Bass Part Number 38-614-093-52).

You could.. Home Depot/Lowes have adapter hoses that will work just fine...
But I can't see lugging a 20# tank to a campsite. There are also some 4# tanks, but you can't just exchange those like the 20#.

Best choice is the re-fill the 1# tanks. Harbor Freight Tools has an adapter that screws onto the 20# tank. Chill the 1# tank for ~20min, attach to 20#, turn all upside down, open valve. 1# will fill, close valve, turn right side up and you're done! Almost free instead of $3-$5 for new 1#.
