With a built-in visor and tough 100 MPH construction, the Bass Pro Shops® 100 MPH GORE-TEX® Replacement Parka Hood keeps rain and snow off your face. Lined in cool nylon satin, the hood has a fleece chin flap with VELCRO® closure and locking draw-cords. Zip off. Imported.

Our laminated 150-denier by 300-denier polyester shell rain gear with full GORE-TEX membrane has always been the standard for 100% waterproof/breathable performance and toughness. Now, we've added an aggressive, technical fit to enhance your comfort and range of motion. Sonic welds on pockets and events, YKK® waterproof zippers and interior gussets on closures eliminate all possibility of leaks or gaps.

And when you buy a GORE-TEX garment rated for Extreme Wet Weather, you are assured that the product will keep you dry in even the most severe weather. In order to meet Gore's Extreme Wet Weather Protection standards, garments are tested in 22'' of rain per hour in the Gore Storm Chamber using wind-driven and drenching overhead rainfall. Once the product passes the rigorous test, only then is it approved to carry the Extreme Wet Weather hangtag.

Rated 4 out of 5 by 100mph Goretex I purchased this hood as a replacement for my older style 100mph Goretex coat. The quailty is great, but the fit is not 100% correct. The zippers lined up and zipped together, but the older style coats have a shorter zipper along the back of the coat. This made the hood sit off to one side. Either way it is a great product, I just wished it fit better... May 10, 2012

I have the older style Parka. It has the horizontal zip pockets and not the dark colored vertical zipper pockets by the main zipper. Will this hood fit that model. It has a zipper for a hood that rolls up and goes under the collar...?
