I bought this hose to use with my Coleman Perfect Flow 3 burner stove. At first it would not flow gas and I discovered the needle valve was too deep in the hose coupling to depress. I screwed the valve out a little and and it worked perfectly. This saved me a lot of money by allowing me to use the 20 lb cylinder instead of the 1 lb bottles>

I purchased this to go w/ Camp Chef oven but this discovered that I really didn't need to hook it up to to a 5 gal bottle. The one pound bottle would work just fine due the small amount of propane the Camp Chef Oven used. However, the hose was of good quality.

It should work as long as you do not try to by-pass the Coleman pressure regulator. You should be able to screw this item directly into the Coleman pressure regulator where the disposable canisters usually attach. ThanksAnswers

In California the old type bottle can no longer be filled so I do not know if it can fit the old type. The hose fits the new bottle but it used the internal threads of the bottle.1 of 1
