I had to return the 1st ladder I purchased due to the Rubber bumper coming out the very first time someone stepped on it to use it. I returned it and the second one I purchased I Glued the rubber bumpers in (roughed up the area and the bumper 1st). We'll see how this one holds up but I can't pull them out like I could before I glued them. Other than that the ladder works great on my fiberglass bass boat.
it makes it a lot easier for my family to get out of the water. 2 of us are 200#'s and the ladder holds us just fine

I bought this because I take my two boys on the lake with me all the time. 10 minutes into our "fishing trip" they end up swimming. I got tired of picking them up and putting them in the boat. I went through three other ladders before I found this one. This is by far the best bass boat ladder on the market ESPECIALLY for the money. It's easy to fit to the boat and is extremely sturdy. My 4 yr old and 7 yr old both use it with absolutely no problems. I won't lie when I jump in with them I use it now to get out of the water and I weigh around 250lbs. Its a great product.

Rated 1 out of 5Â by SSBASS Will not work for TRACKER Pro Team 175 TXW
I ignored the reviews I read here and bought this ladder. Big mistake. It shows the leg supports mounted on the top step in the BPS picture . But It says they must be mounted on middle step or it voids warranty. Well you have to use the top step to even have a chance of this working on a Bass Tracker. Even then leg supports need to be about 10 inches longer. The ladder goes on about a 45 degree under the boat and was impossible to climb. I tried it on all locations around the boat. Even at the transom. This was a total waste of money.

My husband and I are both over 200 pounds. Will this ladder be strong enough to hold either of us?Answers
A:Â
No. It will not work on a Proteam 175. That is what I have and It will not work at all. And it does not matter what weight you are. It follows the angle of the boat once you step on it.A:Â
