Rated 5 out of 5 by Works on my Bass Tracker I had to mount the supports in the holes that allow it to be used on the side near the front of the boat, but thats OK with me. It supported my son who is 180lb. August 24, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by great ladder this ladder worked perfectly on our fishing boat, it makes it so easy to enjoy swimming when the fish are not biting. July 30, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect for older tri-hull boats!! This ladder fits perfectly on the gunwale of my 1985 Thundercraft. I had the 4 leg 11" hook ladder and it would try to slip off the gunwale when someone was climbing aboard and people had the potential to get injured and not to mention it would float away when we weren't paying attention to it. This ladder holds perfectly to the side like it was made for it. It actually takes up less space and never floats away. The only modification that I did to it in order to fit my boat perfectly was where the little fold out bumpers are it only had two adjusting slots where it sits against the boat side. I cut the end of the bumpers off about 3/4" where they insert in to the ladder. It probably would have worked fine the way it was, but now the ladder sits perfectly straight against the boat. Before I found this ladder I about mounted a transom ladder, but I was afraid it would get in the way of the outboard motor when steering. May 15, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for the price This works great for the price. We use it to get back into our bass boat when swimming in the lake. Looked at many and some very pricey ones. Great purchase. July 23, 2013

It should fit your boat. This is 15" wide and has a 9" hook. If the size is correct then it will fit a Bayliner.

A:
No. It will not work on a Proteam 175. That is what I have and It will not work at all. And it does not matter what weight you are. It follows the angle of the boat once you step on it.
