I use these lures rigged both with jigheads and Texas Rigged with split shot six to twelve inches from the hook for redfish and speckled trout- they are very effecitve when fish correctly

I've used this bait in electric chicken pattern for a couple of years and it slays the trout and redfish. Work it slow.

I used these in the middle of nowhere soflo, and caught about 80 snook in 3 hours. They kill these with an 1/8 ounce jig head.

A great bait. I use them in saltwater for sea trout and redfish and they hit them hard. They come in several colors for any water clarity as well.

I'd like to know the best way to rig it to get the most action also the color that has worked for you for redfish & sea trout and also how you fish it for maximum performance...Answers
A:Â
Salt and pepper five inch- I rig this with 3/0 weighted hook with the wire screw in/push pin attachments and also with 1/4 oz. flathead red painted jig heads- I fish this trolling from my Outback kayak at about 1.8 mph and enough line out to just occasional brush the bottom and/or casting with steady retrieve just barely off the bottom- the strikes are hard and the fish usually hook themselves-Top 250 Contributor

I use the Bass Magic 1/8oz. 3/0 belly weighted hook. I fish them like a swimbait. The best colors I've found are the morning glory/ lime tail and the pumpkin seed/ chartreuse tail.
Morning glory for reds and marsh bass.
Pumpkinseed for specks and marsh bass.
This can be fished in grass beds. Steady retrieve with an occasional twitch or two especially if the bait feels heavy or the vibration of the bait changes.
