I bought bowstring for my Quad 400 by Barnette One thing I will never buy one of Barnettes products again in fact I am telling people to buy other brands. I had also purcahed their hand crank device upon using it it pulled loose on one side caused the other side to snap and so I have to replace string. I have sent correspondenses to Barnette with absolutely no answer. All I want to know is if I may purchase a new winding string my cost again no answer as well I have requested a catalog several times again nothing. I also have checked with other hunters who have experienced the same customer attitude that I have entirely NOT satisfied with them .. Bass pro Iv'e never had a problem with and they are usually cheaper for the same item that others carry. Thanks BassPro.
