It took me a few minutes to figure this out but you need to shorten up the rope to fit youself. I'm 5' 10" and I made mine about 12"-14" shorter. So that your drawing to your waste. The tools in the handles is a big plus, helping to keep your bow tight to the stock.

i bought this for my quad 400. i would highly recomend this over the $100 cranking device. it doesnt completely remove the draw weight but it does make it a lot easier. only 4 stars due to it being sort of difficult to hook up the first few times but after a while it becomes easier. and watching the videos on youtube of the crank device. i can cock my crossbow about 3 times faster with this. and it does tighten groups

this is definatly a must have for use with a crossbow. it reduces the pull weight on my barnett wildcat from 150 to around 65 or so pounds.
