I went out today looking for a crossbow, but not just any crossbow! I wanted something reliable, safe, fast, and a joy to shoot as well as a bang for my buck! I shot 2 Stryker, 2 wicked ridge, 3 Excalibur, 5 Barnett, and 3 tenpoint crossbows today. Narrowing it down to my final 2 it became a tough decision between the ghost 350, and buck commander. The other bows were good, but I didn't see all of my expectations in those bows like I did with the ghost and buck commander. The shop I bough the buck commander from gave me a great deal I couldn't refuse resulting in my decision to buy the buck commander! It's a great xbow for the money! Also IT'S FAST AND VERY QUIT!

This quality of this crossbow is awesome at a great price. If your looking for a great crossbow at a great price this the one. I spent more then a year looking at and shooting many different crossbows. This crossbow shoots just as good as your so called high end crossbows. Is it quite you ask, very, very, very quite!!! I love it!!! :-)

I have only shot it to sight it in so far, it is easy to cock with the hand rope. Had it sighted in in under 10 shots. I have it sighted at 35, 45, 55 and 65 dead on. Can't wait to hunt with it.

you need to sight it in at 10 yard increaments 0-10 ,20-30 & so on

i started at 10 yards and moved out... no issues sighting... 10 yards it was dead on so i had to adjust elevation but that was it.A:
The scope is close. You need to fire at three different dots. (due to tight groups, you'll ruin bolts). If all three consistantly off in same direction. Adjust accordingly. I found my first dot on scope to be good out to 30 yards. then 40,50,60. Dead on at 60 after tweeked in at 30. My first year for a cross bow. Just finished my season here in PA. Picture below shows how it went. 50 yards. Perfect in through corner of heart and through both lungs. Made it 55 yards and dropped. LOVE MY GHOST 400 BABY!! Screaming fast.Images for this Answer

The bolts that came with the crossbow had 100grain field points already on them so I bought 100grain broad heads.. Barnett recommends at least a 425grain arrow broadhead included.. And their arrows are 325grain..that's what I went with and bow performs great...Answers

No it doesnt come with crank. Only rope cocking device.. But you can purchase and ad it to your crossbow..Details:
