Rated 4 out of 5 by Safety First Contains everything you need as a minimum to stay safe on the water. Nothing special about it, it does what it is designed to do. I would have given it a 5 star had I not had a bit of an issue on a water test and found that the top wasnt screwed on properly and allowed the cardboard tube (simulating the flashlight) I had in to get wet For anyone in a small boat this would work well.
