Best Hunting Tool Ever I can't say enough about this Groundhog disc. It is the best investment I've made toward my deer plots. Easy to use. Cut ground PERFECTLY !!!! We have spend thousands of dollars on implements that don't do near as good as this critter. Easy on the ATV. Easy to haul. Will cut forward and backwards with ease. I would recommmend this to anyone that does food plots out in the woods. .......... August 4, 2014
A Food Plotters Must Have!!!! Food plots have become synonymous with all types of hunting. 4 years ago I wanted to start implementing food plots on my hunting ground. So I started looking around at all the pull behind disc options and other various motorized contraptions but was never sold on their performance. They seem to be expensive, could be hard on the ATV tranny, more than likely used, big and bulky for cumbersome storage and I was going to have to purchase an additional trailer to haul it around. Then a came across the Groundhog Max (GHM) and was sold within the first 2 minutes of the video!!! 4 years later I load up the 4 wheeler in the back of my truck (with no trailer), take the disc off the top shelf, drive down to the property and disc over 3 acres of food plots with the GHM. That I still have not replaced a single apart on! This disc cuts, slices and turns over my toughest compacted CRP soils, rips through the tallest grasses and weeds and dices up those unwanted multiflora rose bushes. Going along the timbers edge is always a little worrisome with any rototiller implement with the fear of hitting a big root that could possible bend or break it. No worry with the GHM you just keep discing and driving right over the top of the root eventually cutting straight through it. Whether you are just getting started with your food plots or you are as serious as we are, the GHM has to be part of your food plot arsenal. WHY? Because it's simple, it's tough, stores on any garage shelf, easy to haul and it just works. Don’t judge the disc by its smaller appearance, judge the disc by its performance!!! You will be impressed!!! December 22, 2014

I have a riding arena that needs to be tilled on a regular basis and we don't have a tractor but do have access to an ATV. This looks like the perfect thing! Does anyone have any thoughts about whether it would work for this use?

Yes, you can use this in your arena. The GroundHog Max works well on hard, dry, rocky, grassy or any combination terrain. For best results plow in a combination of oblong circles, figure eights, and straight rows back and forth.
