Very good little cart. Super light (4-5 pounds) and fairly small in size when folded up.
Works well, but the buckle on the strap broke first time I used it. Just switted to a heavier duty strap/buckle that I had in the garage. No problems since.
Air filled tires make a smooth ride over bumpy terrain.

After researching for several weeks I came upon this terrific little cart in Bass Pro's Salt Water catalog. It's everthing I wanted: strong-lightweight- great price.

I think so but you'd need to use a tie-down strap to secure the canoe and cart together. It would be top heavy and over uneven ground, I'd expect it to turn over easily.A:Â
yes thats what I have.A:Â
Yes, this is also a Canoe Cart. ThanksAnswers

Probably one if you center it.A:Â
You will need 1 cart per kayak. Also, 1 person can move the kayak once on the cart.Details:Â

It might be too big to put in a hatch. Might fit in the seat opening.A:Â

In my Ascend FS12T, I can remove the wheels and fold up and stick it in the rear hold (where a crate could go). I don't use a crate, so I typically put the cart there when I hit the water. I haven't tried the front hatch, but it looks like it would be an awkward fit.A:Â
Yes, they do. At least in an Ocean Kayak scrambler 12A:Â
Yes. The wheels are 10-inches in diameter and are secured with a spring loaded clevis pin. Removal and installation is easy and they should fit in most kayak hatches. You have to be careful when removing and installing the clevis pins, however, as they can easily slip from your fingers when the spring is compressed and get launched several feet. It would probably be a good idea to perform this function away from the water.

This item will hold a 100lb load.A:Â
Manufacturer's literature states that it will hold 80 lbs.Top 25 Contributor

The manufacturers website says it "Holds up to a 100 lb. load". Although the picture looks a little different, it has the same part# 11920-4A:Â
I hauled our tandem kayak about 70 lbs with 2 coolers filled up on it probably another 25-30 lbs no problem. You might add an extra bungee strap if it is really heavy.1 of 1
