This product is not worth the money. I don't understandy why plastic is being used. We got my kayak up and the plastic clips snapped off. worthless...

the product does a good job. it holds a kayak out of the way and is easy to use. however, the description is a bit misleading. it says it can hold two kayaks. actually, you must hook two together to do that. so it actually takes two racks to hold two kayaks.
the only other downside is the slow shipping.
