How to Measure for Your Bimini Top:
  • Length - Measure the length of the area you want to shade. (Caution: leave enough length behind and in front of the bimini top to secure attachment straps).
  • Width - Find the pivot where the bimini frame mounting hardware will be mounted on the sides of the boat. This will be the center of the bimini length. Determine top width by measuring the distance between the mounting point on one side of the boat to the same location on the opposite side of the boat. This measurement is not the same as the actual beam of the boat. The frame can be mounted to a flat horizontal surface, or a rail. Tops include horizontal mounting hardware.
  • Height - Standing in the boat, measure straight up from the mounting point to decide which height suits your needs. Consider how height will affect your movements, stability of the top, and whether the frame will hang over the back or front of the boat when folded down.

Bimini tops sold separately and can be found through item search for number 643121
Attwood® 3-Bow Bimini Tops - Frame Only - 6' 4.7 5 7 7
outstanding I purchased this frame for my Proteam 175, Shipped without any delays and was very easy to install. I installed the frame to my boat in 1 hour by myself. August 24, 2012
Good frame Easy to install frame and top. Just do your measurements before starting. Top works good. I do have a problem with the snap hooks and the eyes, The snap hook keeper drags on the plastic eye making it hard to unhook the top straps. Probably would work OK with metal eyes rather than the plastic ones. Top is installed 0n 2010 tracker pro 16. May 24, 2010
Good value I wish I would have measured more carefully, the frame is too tall for my boat. It will work, but I don't think it will cover me very well when it rains or shade me when it is hot and sunny. April 21, 2010
great product nice frame, easy assembly, good directions took me 1/2 hr to assemble another 1/2 hr to finalize the perfect location remember to get the fabric top,it doesn't come with the frame,i installed it on my 1985 ski centurion barefoot warrior, took it up to speed (51.7)and it is working as it should. The only way to know if it will fit is to measure.

Width - Find the pivot where the bimini frame mounting hardware will be mounted on the sides of the boat. This will be the center of the bimini length. It is not by boat brand but by size, see read more or below. You can install yourself but works better with two.
