Very stretchy and is easily breakable by hand, but not TOO easy. I use these for tying Spawn Sacs in the Fall and it's perfect and if used right doesn't even need to be tied into a knot after being wrapped.

great for wrapping up chicken liver or cut baits to a hook and you can break it with your hands so you don't have to dirty your knife with your chicken livered hands.
