I had never been in a kayak before, this model is very easy to operate. After a few short minutes in the water I found myself getting around very easy. This is a fun little boat.

this is my first kayak and I am really enjoying it. Very stable and comfortable. The seat is great for long days on the water. Also pleased with the amount of storage space it has. The shipping was fast it arrived in 4 days and it was really well packed and protected in the shipping proscess.

Rated 5 out of 5 by namfuak just what we needed
we bought this kayak for my wife to use well I am fishing. she likes all the space to store things for coolers and her bag of sun screen and magazines. the dash is very handy. She loves the seat. It also works well for fishing, I took out this weekend and it worked very well. It is a very steady boat.

Rated 3 out of 5 by MTG1 good with flaws
I love the size of this kayak. i'm not a little fella and i have no space issues in this kayak. I don't do serious kayaking, this isn't that type of kayak, this is a float down the river with a cooler on the back kind of kayak..... i put a rod holder on mine so i could float down the river, with a cooler, and fish, the only problem i have with this kayak is the flawed seat design, while very comfortable the straps that keep the seat propped are held together by a very cheap plastic connector, which of course broke on my fifth trip down the river. leaving my basically laying down for the rest of the trip, i replaced them with higher quality connectors and have had no further issues. i also worry about the way that the seat connects into the kayak, i understand that it's designed to come out and be a beach chair (which is awesome BTW) but the slots that it runs into seem suspect, time will tell if i'm correct on that.
Overall i would say it's a good entry kayak for a slightly larger person who wants to float down the river with some friends. but just be aware of the seat issue and be ready to fix that
