This yarn is most commonly used for tying parachutes, overbodies, legs, bodies and tails. This material is also perfect for tying trailing shucks on mayfly and caddis patterns.McFlylon applications is a light, floating material.

Absolutely I won't use any other yarn.

Egg Foo Yarn is the easiest material to use. Tie one strand on top of the hook, one of the bottom. Then pull the top strand up and trim, repeat with the bottom strand, and you've got an egg. Great stuff.1 of 1
