I bought this light and hung it up and it fell about 4 feet and broke the clip. So that was my fault but i went back and got another and about 10 seconds after i turned it on it made a pop sound and all the leds went out except for one green. Piece of junk dont waste your money

Opened package, installed 4 AA batteries, turned unit on. Main Light came on good. Hit the button again and the green lights lit.
Within 30 seconds, all but 4 of the 20 green LED lights burned out.

I use them in my bass boat by attaching to the bottom of raised seats to use when tying on lures in the dark.

We used to light up area in front of our ground blind. its works great. gave enought light so we could see reticle on black faral pigs through scope. batteries lasted all night
