The analog timer is garbage ,did not last 2 months before it stoped keeping time accurately and failed to set off the feeder.Round cover is a pain to use.

Ive had at least five of these feeders digital and analog .They start off working good but they are made up of substandard materials that dont hold up to the cold at all Ive even bought replacement parts and still junk The money you save on corn you spend on replacing feeders its just not worth buying american hunter feeders.

Buy this if you want it to work just long enough to get it installed. I installed the batteries and tested everything. Worked great then and after the install for about a day. One positive thing. Saves money with the high prices of corn.

this replacement feeder motor and timer kit is great the price of the kit from bass pro was the best price found, instalation was easy in very little time the deer were back at the feeder

You have to make sure that you are using clean corn.I have run into this problem a couple of times, and it's been because I bought the corn in bulk and had a lot sticks and pieces of corn cob.A:
I use two of this feeders and niether of them has stopped up. Make sure food is dry.A:
