I bought this unit from a Bass Pro store. I installed on my feeder after spending an hour retrofitting it to accomodate unit. Feeder is located in the woods and is a mile from camp. The program setup ok, but would never broadcast the corn! Test would never fire off. After working with it for over an hour, I tried calling American Hunter office for help and got placed in voice mail hold. I would not recommend this for anyone wanting to hunt, just if you like to be frustrated and ripped off.

I just put this motor out in July,the only thing that i am working on is setting the time right i set for 6 and it goes off at 6:15 not a big deal because i like to see the deer standing around waiting for it to go off.

I have been using American Hunter Feeders and Kits for a number of years now, and I consider them a worthwhile investment.
I am currently using eight (8) R-Kit's on my Hunting Property and they work great.
There are more expensive Kits on the market, but I strongly recommend this one.

you have to do is insert batteries and keep feeder filled.

i have a freind who has a automatic feeder and his gets stoped up and i was just wondering if anyone has had a problem with this product doing that?

You have to make sure that you are using clean corn.I have run into this problem a couple of times, and it's been because I bought the corn in bulk and had a lot sticks and pieces of corn cob.A:Â
I use two of this feeders and niether of them has stopped up. Make sure food is dry.1 of 1
