A friend just gave me a 6" amer. angler fillet knife (6/08/13). Out of the package, the edge was dull & required a lot of pressure to cut. I tried to sharpen the knife, still has dull edge. I use a fillet knife frequently, this one has the dullest edge of any fillet knife used. Definitely returning knife to BPS, I would not recommend this knife at any price! Tubehead

This knife was pretty nice at first but quickly showed how bad it is. The knife does not hold an edge very well and the blade wore thin and started chipping after only a couple months.
