I'm giving this a 1 because I can't go any lower.
The tools are fine but the only reason I bought this was because of the "waterproof" case. Water is constantly getting into the tools and also finds its way into the hollow case and stays there.

The tools are of good enough quality and cover most of what you would try to use on the water but the case is not waterproof. My case was full of water after a good rain storm had filled my boat with a few inches of water.
